We can plan your tour.

If you want to travel independently we can offer advice, help with your plans, book your flights, accommodation, private car with or without driver, & train journeys. We can arrange your private guide and even entrance tickets at monuments. You can be met at the airport on arrival, transferred to the next stage of your journey and safely handed your boarding cards before you board your aircraft home. These arrangements can be made for a single passenger, couples or friends travelling together, or larger groups who may be part of a club or society. Here are some examples of recent tours:

Mr & Mrs Robertson to South India

These clients wanted to visit a hill station to spend a school holiday with their grandchildren who attend a boarding school. We arranged for them to be met at Bombay airport, their internal flights, tansfers and accommodation, an interesting itinerary taking in some of the wonderful sites in Kerala and Karnataka before and after the school holiday, and their journey home.

The Junior Branch of The Travellers' Club to South East India

Six ladies who like to travel together (now known as the Junior branch) have made several journeys to India. This time they travelled via Sri Lanka and made an extensive journey by rail and private minibus. We made all the arrangements and by chance a group of us met them on a tiny railway station in the Nilgiri hills! They were all very happy but sorry to be on their way home. Previously they have travelled off the beaten track in Orissa (N E India), Kerala (S W) and Ladakh (Himalayas)

Mr & Mrs Hughes to Nepal & Rajasthan

These clients wanted to combine trecking in Nepal with some of the best of Rajasthan. We arranged their international flights, transfers, hotels, treck with guides, porters, camping equipment etc. In India we planned a lovely tour by private car, staying in small palace hotels.

We planned and booked a complete itinerary by air, private car and train through southern and eastern Turkey.

Solent DFAS (Decorative and Fine Art Society)

The Solent DFAS is a very vibrant branch of DFAS and long-standing client of The Travellers' Club. We have arranged numerous short (usually 4 or 5 night) tours for the branch to destinations including Venice, Umbria, Vienna, Prague, Budapest, Madrid, Toledo, Amsterdam and Bruges. The groups have usually numbered around 30 people on each tour.

Petersfield Historical Society

Sixteen members of this enterprising society ventured to Istanbul for a 5 night tour in the company of our specialist tour leader, exploring the Byzantine and Ottoman cultures of this fascinating city. We arranged the complete itinerary including a coach from their own town to the airport, transfers, hotel and a full programme of guided tours.

Weald & Downland Open Air Museum (Sussex, England)

The Friends of the Museum has asked us to arrange several comprehensive tours over the past few years: the first was to Holland and Germany; the next to New England (both looking at Open Air Museums in these countries). We also collaborated with the Museum in a very successful visit to Rajasthan (Western India) where could explore many of the themes in this developing part of the world that the museum illustrates at home.

Sarisbury Green DFAS

Next year we are planning a 4 night tour to Prague for this branch, to include a visit to the opera, a full sightseeing programme of the lovely city, and a day out to explore some of the castles of the region.
